Last week I was at a cute, fairly high-end boutique in Philadelphia. The sales person there had the most adorable shoes on, so I had to compliment her. I was surprised and delighted when she told me she got them from Payless! These Scarlet Fringe Sandals are only $22.95 and come in both black and blue. These Mork Mirrored Sandals are also pretty hot!

Never been to Philadelphia but sure liked the black color. Wonder if there are more black sandals. What do you think about these though? I find them lovely
