One other note about Target - which is one of my favorite places to shop for stuff. If you happen to be blessed with the larger ped - Target offers very cute styles in size 11, and they fit and wear very well. I love to shop for shoes there to match cutesy outfits, and many of their shoes are top designer knock-offs - they love Michael Kors and Steve Madden. And, you're literally paying a fraction of the designer prices.
